| Step 3: Choose a design and personalize |

|
| DESIGN |
| To personalize your memorial, we offer many designs from which to choose. Designs will often be used to highlight the name and dates of your loved one. The designs we offer cover a variety of subjects. In our library of designs you will find religious, floral, animal, sports, nature and other scenes. These designs are our most popular and will be updated and changed from time to time. At this time, we only offer the design displayed in our on-line catalog. |

|
In addition to our standard designs, we offer hundreds of symbols that can be added to your memorial. Like our designs, our symbols reflect religious, floral animal, sports nature and other subject matter. We think our offering will give you plenty of choices when personalizing your memorial. You can add an additional two symbols to our standard designs at no additional charge.
All orders will be reviewed by our design staff to ensure a high quality memorial. Upon review by our staff, you will recieve a final proof to approve. If there are any changes you would like to make we will work with you to make those changes and get the design to be just the way you want it. Once approved we will begin production of the memorial.

| LETTERING |
| Lettering is the process of adding names, dates, and epitaphs or phrases to your memorial. Our standard lettering includes name(s), dates and up to an additional 25 words to help you memorialize or personalize your memorial. |
| |
| The industry standard font for granite memorials is Modified Roman. The size of the letter will vary with the design you choose. We have over 100 years of collective experience in laying out the lettering on monuments. After you have submitted your order, our designers will layout your memorial and email you a proof of the design. We will not produce your memorial until you are satisfied with the design. |
